Tuesday morning marked another chilly start to the day, but temperatures will be rising in the afternoon.

A Freeze Warning has been issued for inland Broward County, and a Frost Advisory for parts of inland Miami-Dade. All inland areas are under a Cold Weather Advisory as wind chill temperatures Tuesday morning are in the 30s inland.

Winds will gradually start to move in from the Northeast. This will help warm up temperatures this afternoon, with highs reaching the 60s.
