Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups have been arrested in connection with a federal investigation into sports betting, people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Thursday.

He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, but a desire to escape the harsh winters of the north brought him to South Florida.
Terrell's first job in television news came in 1998 in his hometown of Cleveland at WEWS, an ABC television affiliate. While there, he worked behind the scenes helping cultivate stories as an assignment desk assistant, news researcher and news producer.
In 2002, Terrell moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to report for WWMT TV-3 (CBS). A special report on racism brought Terrell honors from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters. He has also been acknowledged by the Michigan Press Photographers Association for excellence in reporting.
Terrell attended Cleveland State University, majoring in broadcast journalism. He makes his home in the Miami Beach area and loves all the great things South Florida has to offer.
