What a difference a day makes. Record highs, hot winds and low humidity dominated yesterday, but today a cold front has moved in and stalled just to our south, setting up periods of showers and thunderstorms from today through Tuesday. High pressure, along with hotter and drier air, is expected to return by Wednesday and last through at least the end of the workweek.
