Before joining WPLG, she was the weekend morning anchor and reporter at FOX 35 in Orlando, leading live coverage on everything from hurricanes to high-profile community cases.

Her journalism career began in Salisbury, Maryland, where she worked as an MMJ, turning multiple stories a day and covering national news out of Washington, D.C. While there, she broke a major animal cruelty investigation that led to a change in county law, a proud example of journalism driving real change.

She later joined WPBF 25 in West Palm Beach, serving as a breaking news anchor, reporter, and traffic anchor. She was a key voice in the station’s Project CommUNITY initiative, reporting on racial inequality and social issues. She also field-anchored the Parkland school shooter’s sentencing, covering a pivotal and emotional moment for South Florida.

Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Caroline is a proud graduate of Howard University and holds a master’s degree from Columbia Journalism School. She’s also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Now based in South Florida, where much of her family lives, she’s thrilled to be back in the heart of South Florida — a place she calls her "chosen home." Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, going to the gym, emceeing community events, mentoring young journalists, shopping, and discovering new places around the city.
