He reported live on the Deep Water Horizon oil spill and from Kingston, Jamaica as Hurricane Matthew hit the island. Prior to Local 10, Kennedy was a White House Correspondent and reported in New York, Vermont and Missouri. He was also an intern with the investigative department at CBS 2 Chicago. Kennedy earned his B.S. in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
