Alexis Frazier joined the Local 10 News team in April 2020 as the morning traffic reporter. She is a proud Floridian born and raised in Fort Lauderdale. \n \nShe graduated from Florida A&M University in the fall of 2013 with a degree in broadcast journalism.\n \nBefore her return to the Sunshine State, Alexis gained more than 5 years of experience as an Anchor/Reporter at ABC affiliates in Texas and South Carolina. She started her career at a CBS affiliate in Mississippi.\n \nShe has reported on the 2016 Election, 2020 Democratic Primary, Dylann Roof trial, and the Michael Slager trial.\n \nWhen she’s not on air, Alexis likes to travel, try new food recipes, spend time with family, read, and listen to Beyonce’.\n \nAlexis is excited to be back home and to continue living her dream.
