Brown hugged his attorney, Mark Eiglarsh, grabbed some food from a nearby food truck and then left in an Uber without speaking to reporters.

“We saw him come out and we just called him over to the truck to give him a meal,” Quartishia Mccollum told Local 10.

Brown, without thinking about it twice, made his way straight to the Fruity Dressed Conch for a cup.

“I didn’t know he would stop, but he showed love to us!” Mccollum said.

Brown was booked into TGK Tuesday, months after an arrest warrant was issued for him in connection with a shooting that occurred in May at an underground boxing match in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood.

The victim in the shooting claimed that he was grazed by a bullet in the neck, something that prosecutors were unable to confirm in court.

In June, a warrant was issued for Brown’s arrest but state prosecutors said he has been on the run ever since.

Brown was located in Dubai, where he was last seen posting videos on social media. U.S. Marshals traveled there and ultimately took him into custody before bringing him back to the States.

His partner is now on her way back to South Florida from Dubai.

“We are extremely grateful that he is out after over 40 days of incarceration,” Eiglarsh said. “He is extremely eager to rejoin his family who he loves dearly.”

While Brown had only been at TGK for a couple of days, Eiglarsh said he has been in custody for a total of 40 days since he was detained in Dubai and brought back to the U.S.

Brown appeared in bond court Wednesday, where his reasons for traveling to Dubai were questioned.

“I have documents and evidence that he has an ongoing business in Dubai and he went there in May before any warrant was issued,“ Eiglarsh said.

Eiglarsh told reporters Wednesday that his client was “clearly over charged.”

“Even the judge said at worst we are talking about aggravated assault,” he said.

After initially arriving in New Jersey, Brown was extradited to Miami-Dade County.

He was released after posting a $25,000 bond and was ordered by a judge to not have any contact with the victim.

Brown was outfitted with a GPS ankle monitor prior to his release.
