As a cold front and a disturbance moved through, conditions could lead to strong and damaging wind gusts.

The National Weather Service designated Miami, Hialeah, and Miami Beach under a “special weather statement” warning of a risk of hail until 2:45 p.m.

Some of the storms could be strong to severe before mostly dry conditions on Wednesday.
