Trump discusses trade with Canada’s Carney as feds’ shutdown continues

President Donald Trump met with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to discuss the U.S.-Mexico-Canada free trade agreement on Tuesday at the White House as the federal government’s shutdown continued for the seventh day.
