MIAMI — The Miami Marlins on Thursday announced that they will begin spring training with their first workout for pitchers and catchers on Feb. 11.
Marlins manager Clayton McCullough will be available to the media prior to the workout.
McCullough is entering his second season after leading the club to a 17-win improvement from the 2024 season, which was the final season under Skip Schumaker.
The club’s first full-squad workout will be held on Feb. 16.
Miami will open Grapefruit League play on Feb. 21 against the New York Mets at Clover Park in Port St. Lucie.
The team will host its first home spring training game on Feb. 22 against the Washington Nationals at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter at 1:10 p.m.
As a reminder, the Marlins’ 2026 regular season begins with Opening Day under the lights March 27 at 7:10 p.m. against the Colorado Rockies at loanDepot park.
