After reportedly signing Sam Bennett and Aaron Ekblad to lengthy extensions, the next man on the list was Brad Marchand.

According to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet, the Panthers and Marchand have agreed to terms on a six-year deal worth around $32 million.

Marchand was acquired by Florida at last season’s Trade Deadline and proved to be an excellent fit with the Panthers.

During the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Marchand racked up 10 goals and 20 points, coming in second for the Conn Smythe Trophy behind only Bennett.
