WEST PARK, Fla. — Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives have safely located a 73-year-old man who they say was reported missing.
According to detectives, Francel Swain was reported missing around 6 p.m. Friday, in the 1900 block of Southwest 57th Avenue in West Park. He has since been located.
Authorities have not said what led to his disappearance.
