Miami rapper Trick Daddy launches professional cookware line

Trick Daddy debuts professional-grade cookware line

MIAMI — He calls himself the Mayor of the 305, but these days Trick Daddy is spending more time in the kitchen than the studio.

The Miami rapper is launching a new line of professional-grade cookware called “Trick I Got My Pots,” designed with durability in mind, not just celebrity branding.

Trick says the cookware is built to last. Local 10 News joined him in the kitchen, where he put the pots to the test -- and shared his method for what he claims are the world’s best scrambled eggs.

The collection includes heavy-bottomed pots and nonstick skillets meant for everyday cooking, from breakfast to full meals. Everything comes in an eye-catching pastel blue.

The move isn’t a big surprise for fans. With Sunday’s Eatery already established as a local favorite, cookware was the next step in Trick’s growing presence in the food world.

Music is still part of his life. Nearly 30 years after breaking onto the hip-hop scene, Trick Daddy remains a major influence in Miami culture.
