MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A 39-year-old man, who deputies say is a nurse, was arrested last week on accusations that he sent a teenage girl a photo of his penis.

According to an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, Bruce Tad Huici, of Miami, was arrested Friday on a charge of transmitting pornography to a child.

Deputies said in March 2024, an anonymous person reported that Huici posted on Reddit that he was fantasizing about engaging in a sexual relationship with the victim, who was 15 years old at the time.

The report states that one of the Reddit posts by Huici stated that he had sent the victim a photo of his penis to see what her reaction would be, stating that he believed sending the photo might open up the possibility of them starting a sexual relationship.

But he allegedly added that if she received the photo “in the way he was expecting,” then he would claim he sent it by error, the report stated.

According to the report, the victim, who is now 16, was recently interviewed by detectives and confirmed that Huici had sent her a photo of his exposed penis.

The report stated that Huici provided a confession to detectives, however his exact statement was redacted from the publicly released report.

As of Monday morning, Huici was no longer appearing in the online jail database.

Local 10 News is working to uncover where Huici currently works at and his employment status following his arrest.
