PLANTATION, Fla. — Plantation police have located a 13-year-old boy who was reported missing, the police department confirmed Friday.

According to police, Hormar Charilus ran away at about 5:40 p.m. Thursday from his home in the 500 block of Northwest 42nd Avenue.

Police said he has an altered mental status and was considered an endangered juvenile.

Authorities did not immediately disclose where Hormar was located or further details surrounding what led up to him running away from home.
