HIALEAH, Fla. — One person has died following a car crash that occurred early Friday morning in Hialeah, first responders confirmed to Local 10 News.
According to Hialeah Fire Rescue officials, the crash, involving three vehicles, was reported at about 4:22 a.m. at the intersection of Hialeah Drive and Le Jeune Road.

A Local 10 News crew was at the scene later in the morning as a silver Toyota was flipped onto its roof. A red Honda involved in the collision was right next to it.
A short distance away, near a Dollar Tree, a Jeep was flipped on its side. The impact of the crash caused the Jeep to go up in flames.
A yellow tarp was also spotted in the area, covering a body.
First responders confirmed one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other deaths or injuries were reported.
A man who lives in the area told Local 10 News that he sees crashes happen at the same intersection almost weekly.
“Always on Le Jeune Road and 54th Street,” Ivan Hernandez said.
Hernandez said the crash is yet another reminder that life is precious.
“A poor, innocent person is not going to make it to work,” he said. “You lost a family member -- might be a mother, father, son -- something very tragic, something very sad.”
The Hialeah Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
It’s not yet clear which driver was at fault.
