Health officials report ‘poor’ beach water quality at 2 parks this week in Key Biscayne and Miami Beach

KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health reported poor water quality at two beaches in Miami-Dade County this week.

Recent testing showed bacteria in samples taken at Crandon Park North in Key Biscayne on Monday and Tuesday, and Collins Park on 21st Street in Miami Beach on Monday.

After the two test results, the department issued an advisory for Crandon Park North, and not Collins Park on 21st Street, records show.
