Attorney Mark Eiglarsh talks about what’s next after a federal jury reported reaching a unanimous verdict on four out of the five counts against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday afternoon.
Judge Arun Subramanian announced that the 12 federal jurors were deliberating on the main Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations charge.
Eiglarsh said the divided jury in Manhattan federal court can continue to deliberate for “as long as they desire” on whether or not the evidence showed Combs ran a criminal enterprise.
“They can say, ‘We are coming back after the Fourth of July,’” Eiglarsh said.
