SPEAKTOMARK: Jurors in ‘Diddy’ Combs trial can deliberate on RICO charge for ‘as long as they desire’

Judge Arun Subramanian announced that the 12 federal jurors were deliberating on the main Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations charge.

Eiglarsh said the divided jury in Manhattan federal court can continue to deliberate for “as long as they desire” on whether or not the evidence showed Combs ran a criminal enterprise.

“They can say, ‘We are coming back after the Fourth of July,’” Eiglarsh said.
