The last time the mother of two girls, ages two and four, saw “Kali,” their two-month-old French bulldog, was on Saturday in Pembroke Pines.

5 p.m. report:

The puppy vanished. They fear “Kali” is in the hands of two girls, so the Pembroke Pines Police Department is investigating.

A PPPD spokesperson said they do not believe a crime was committed and that the girls were seen on surveillance video waiting around for the owner before they left with the dog.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 to remain anonymous.
