Man injured during shooting in Lauderhill: Police

LAUDERHILL, Fla. — A man was wounded during a shooting early Sunday morning in Lauderhill, police said.

Police officers investigating the shooting found the man suffering from gunshot wounds at about 12:15 a.m. on the 2900 block of Northwest 56th Avenue.

Fire rescue personnel took the man to the Broward Health Medical Center where his condition was stable, according to the Lauderhill Police Department.

Detectives who were investigating the case asked anyone with information to call 954-497-4700 or Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 to remain anonymous.
