ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Two people were arrested after Florida Highway Patrol troopers said they were part of a street takeover on the Fourth of July.
An FHP helicopter captured images of the illegal takeover, with drivers doing donuts in the intersection of Parramore Avenue and Gore Street in Orange County, the evening of July 4th.
Troopers arrested Roderick Baez, 20, who was driving an Infiniti seen doing donuts and setting off fireworks from the vehicle, after a traffic stop.
Troopers said they found a used Roman candle firework in the passenger seat of the car.
Anthony Colon, 33, was also arrested after the incident. According to an arrest report, Colon allegedly helped to organize the street takeover as well as other instances on 4th of July.

According to Colon’s arrest report, he regularly participates in the illegal street takeovers.
Colon faces charges for coordinating racing on the highway and selling alcohol.
