MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — A 35-year-old man faced charges on Wednesday after witnesses accused him of masturbating in public near children in Miami Gardens, according to police.
Miami Gardens police officers found Antoine Parks facing the playground on Tuesday at the Excel Education Academy Daycare, according to a police arrest report.
A parent and a daycare employee were among the witnesses who saw Parks, 35, on the sidewalk outside of 17700 NW 27 Ave., according to police.
Police officers arrested Parks, who lives in Miami, at 11 a.m., and correctional deputies booked him shortly before 2:20 p.m. at the Turner Guilford Correctional Center, records show.
Parks faced charges of lewd act in the presence of a child and indecent exposure.
