FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Nine people were injured Tuesday morning in a multi-vehicle crash on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, first responders confirmed.
The crash was reported off East Las Olas Boulevard at Riviera Isle Drive.
According to Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, four vehicles were involved in the crash and nine people were injured and transported to Broward Health Medical Center. Seven sustained minor injuries, while two suffered more significant injuries.
Fire rescue officials said Las Olas Boulevard was shut down after the crash, but has since reopened.
No other details about the crash were immediately released.
